Discus Throw: Rules
Discus throwers are not allowed to touch the top of rim of the throwing circle, but can touch the inside edges of it. The athletes are also prohibited to touch the ground beyond the circle. And if the athlete crosses the circle before the disc lands on the ground then it is considered a foul throw.

Shot Put: Rules

  1. Once the athlete's name is called, they have 60 seconds to release the shot

  2. The shot must be placed close to the neck and resting on the shoulder, while keeping it in that position the entire time until it is released. No padding or extra equipment is necessary

  3. The shot must be released above the height of the shoulder with one hand

  4. The athlete is permitted to touch the inside surface of the stop board; however neither the top nor the outside of the circle or stop board can be touched or passed

  5. The shot is required to land within the legal sector(35 degree area).

Javelin Throw: Rules
The javelin is thrown towards a "sector" covering an angle of 28.96 degrees extending outwards from the arc at the end of the runway. A throw is legal only if the tip of the javelin lands within the sector, and the tip strikes the ground before any other part of the javelin.

High Jump: Rules
Once a jumper is near the upright, they airlift vertically using one foot during the take off. The objective is to clear the crossbar placed at a certain height from the ground and land on the crash mat. If the athlete manages to land on the crash mat without dislodging the crossbar, the jump is considered legal.

Long Jump: Rules

  1. The athlete begins running from his or her starting position and jumps, landing in a sand pit. ...

  2. Jumping from beyond this line results in a 'foul jump'. ...

  3. No part of the athlete's foot should cross the front edge of the foul line. ...

  4. The long jumper has three attempts to register his or her best legal jump.

Race: Rules
100 Meter Race: Racer has to complete the 100 meter distance with minimum time among others to win the race. racer will start only when clap/signal given to start.100 Meter track is straight from starting to ending point.
200 Meter Race: Racer has to finish one round of complete oval track, starting and ending point will be the same.
400 Meter Race: Racer has to finish two round of complete oval track, starting and ending point will be the same.
800 Meter Race: Racer has to finish four
 round of complete oval track, starting and ending point will be the same.
1500 Meter Race: Racer has to finish
Seven and Half round of complete oval track, starting and ending point will be the Different. 

Debate Competition: Rules

Every participant will be given time of 3 Minutes only. Within this span of time participant has to conclude the topic (either for(पक्ष) or against(विपक्ष) the given topic) participant may choose any language (Hindi, English or mix-up of both) to represent his/her topic. Participant can prepare his/her presentation either for (पक्ष) the topic or against (विपक्ष) the topic.
